Story
Call me slow, but it took me more than two decades to figure out two essential truths about leadership.
Â
The first truth? Its not enough to love what you do. You've also got to love who you're being while you do it.
The second truth? That it's really hard to love (or even like) who you're being when you're not being yourself.
I have over two decades of business experience having held many different senior leadership roles, including Global Director of Employee Experience at a multinational healthcare company. In this role I was accountable for the activation of the organisationsâ purpose âLonger, Healthier, Happier Livesâ for their 86,000 employees around the world.
Today, I am happy to spend less time much travelling across the globe. I established The Centre for Self-Fidelity to provide support to curious, big-hearted leaders across a range of organisations.
Through my coaching, training, speaking, and writing I empower and inspire others to be true to themselves at work as the catalyst for the co-creation of workplaces where people can thrive, perform, play and belong.
I'm a trusted guide for leaders who are ready to rediscover their true selves and build trusting relationships with their many different âpartsâ using an evidence-based approach (Internal Family Systems).
Following the success of my first self-published book in 2020 Self-Fidelity â How Being True to Yourself Uplifts Your Working Life, my second book Being True â How to Be Yourself at Work was published by Hardie Grant in 2023.
I was born in Sydney, but currently live in Melbourne, Australia. I share my home with my husband, our two rambunctious young sons and our frisky Australian Shepherd Belle.
