About the guest:

Gerardo Segat is the Founder and CEO of Out As Humans, a leadership coach, and the creator and host of the performing arts show Out As Humans. With a focus on humanising leaders and organisations, Gerardo empowers leaders to embrace their true selves with radical positivity, humanity, and clarity in their interactions and decisions. His entrepreneurial journey, including roles as chairman and CEO, led him to establish OUT AS HUMANS in 2017, providing transformative experiences for high-profile individuals and organisations globally. He has also created various innovative programs like PRELUDES and BE EXTRAORDINARY INDIVIDUALS. An author and speaker, Gerardo teaches the postgraduate programme LEADERNESS at SUPSI in Switzerland. He holds a degree in Business Economics from UniversitĆ  Bocconi, a Master of Laws from LSE, and an ICF Accredited Coaching Training Program from Erickson Coaching International. Additionally, Gerardo is an avid heli-skier and DJ.
