REFLECTIVE INQUIRY TOOL

I created this reflective inquiry tool to help people to answer this important question: “Am I being true to myself?”

This tool will guide you through 30 short questions grouped into 4 sections. These questions have been carefully crafted to take you right to the heart of what it means to be true to yourself.

Even if you don’t put into practice any of the skills you will learn about, there is tremendous power in the experience of self reflection. Simply thinking about these questions will yield new insights. 

It will only take you 5 minutes to answer all the questions.
